Wedding Cake
This is the homemade wedding cake. The cake itself is a sugee cake with strong flavors of almond and orange. The sugar rose was bought from Phoon Huat. I had a hard time securing toothpicks to the sugar rose till my thumb is now blisered. However the end result is definetly satisfying.
Chocolate Chip Cupcakes
These cupcakes are made for my cousin's wedding as door gifts. I think there are a total of estimated 120 plus. Hehe.......these cupcakes has make my right arm becoming muscular overnight because of the constant folding in of flour to the mixture!!!
